QUESTIONS:
(Luke 19:28-40) How have you been tempted to remake Jesus into someone more comfortable and controllable?
(Luke 6:46) Where is your heart slow or resistant to respond to what Jesus is showing you right now? (Hebrews 3:15; James 1:22)
(Luke 19:41-44) What do you think God’s attitude toward you is (anger, disappointment, condemnation)? What does it do to you to see God on a donkey weeping and heading to a cross because of His love for you? (Romans 5:8)
(Luke 19:45-48) What might Jesus be wanting to remove or reorder in your life to restore health and a right relationship with Him? What are some of the ways He still ‘flips over tables’ in our lives?
What is one specific step of surrender you need to take this week? (Colossians 2:6)
